The proposed flare is a Perennial Energy 2.7 MMBtu/hr Micro Enclosed Flare with a thermal loading rate of 0.27 to 3.0 MMBtu/hr. It will be fully enclosed with a 42 in diameter and 25 feet tall.The destruction efficiency is rated at 99% for hydrocarbons and iwll have a propane pilot light.
